DAMPER ZZ-R
- A full length adjustable suspension kit that uses a single tube structure.
- Despite its total length adjustment type, it has a reasonable price of 147,000 yen.
- A 32-step damping force adjustment mechanism is adopted, enabling a wide range of damping force adjustments. It corresponds to every driving scene from the street to the circuit.
- Adopted aluminum upper mount, lock seat, and bracket (part). It has both high strength and light weight.
- The φ44 large-diameter piston unique to the single-cylinder type is used to suppress the delay of damping force.
Achieves supple driving comfort and reliable followability. (Excluding some models) - Supports overhaul of cartridge advance. Consumables can be replaced with a smooth response that is different from the conventional one.
Caution
- To install the rear damping extension dial, it is necessary to drill holes in the panel, speaker board, etc.
- Please contact the BLITZ Support Center for items marked with "*" in the upper mount specifications.
- The vehicle height adjustment range is the adjustable range when the vehicle height is adjusted on the lower bracket side. The adjustment range may change depending on the grade, vehicle weight, vehicle error, etc.
- Even within the vehicle height adjustment range, it may interfere with the inner fender. In addition, please set the vehicle height after checking each vehicle for the minimum ground clearance.
- The spring type represents "ST: ID62 straight spring" and "BS: barrel type or taper type special shape spring".
- For items that use "genuine upper mount" and "genuine rubber mount", some genuine parts will be reused. Please be careful when installing from other than the genuine suspension.
- If the genuine parts to be reused are worn out or defective, we recommend that you replace them with new parts.
- By installing the DAMPER ZZ-R series, the recognition range of the radar, camera, sensor, etc. used for recognition of each device may be different from the normal state and malfunction may occur. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages such as malfunctions and accidents caused by malfunctions of vehicles equipped with safety devices, collision avoidance support devices, driving support devices, etc. of each automobile manufacturer.
- When installing the DAMPER ZZ-R series, especially in the case of strut suspension, even genuine wheels and tires may interfere with the shock absorber.
- When installing the DAMPER ZZ-R Spec-C, it may interfere with another tank depending on the size of the wheels and tires installed.
- Even if the B.R.A.I.N. connection is "○", it may not be compatible depending on the model year. Please check the "Touch-B.R.A.I.N." And "Smart-B.R.A.I.N" compatibility table.
- When the DAMPER ZZ-R SpecDSC is installed, the motor may not be installed on vehicles equipped with the strut tower bar (genuine OP product, external product) depending on the shape.
