Established in 1975 by President Yuki Kakimoto in parallel with racing activities. At that time, Kakimoto repainted Suzuka Circuit records many times, and was famous as "L-shaped tune Kakimoto". In 1982, sports mufflers became the third largest market in Japan, and the sales division was separated due to the increased sales volume.
